List at least five sources of information that you can access for specific detail on legal issues relating to the role of Accounts Assistant?
How can I answer this. I even don’t have the idea!
Anybody???
Thank you
I asked this question and had it removed? Are there people on this site from the UK ever watching government so frightened that 10-20 people read this question and get to think that perhaps the state has too many restrictions on people in thsi country, that they have to ban even the raising of the question? It is not that dangerous!
I asked people whether it was legal for a company to carry on trading from a dept that had been closed down, and the question was removed! And I didn’t get an email telling me why! Does anyone have the answer as to why this was removed? Maybe someone at yahooanswers themselves…

What a strange question – very ambiguous! I’m an accountant and started out as an accounts assistant. As an accounts assistant, you don’t really have any legal obligations (as in – that are different to that of any other citizen!) You may have to sign a confidentiality agreement for the company you are working for – other than that – you would have your employment contract. If you are in the USA you would have to take Sarbanes Oxley Legislation into consideration…
What’s the issue? Any strange death has to be investigated.
The coroner has to officially be able to state the ’cause of death’ on the death certificate.
If there is any doubt that it was not a natural death, then he is within his rights to order a post mortem examination.
Family relatives of the deceased are sometimes likely to complain for a variety of reasons, the main being that they don’t want to think about the corpse being cut up or open.
They also may have something to hide!
I don’t know why it would be removed, but to answer the original question…
The families rights are rarely considered in the case of post-mortems,as from death and until the body is released for burial, the deceased belongs to the coroner (the state) who has total control of what is done with it/to it.
If it’s a sudden or unexplained death, a PM has to be carried out.
I suggest you get yourself a good lawyer…!!!
I truly suspect that a good portion of Yahoo Answers is outsourced to non English speaking countries. A bot picks up certain words like “illegal” then a person whose English skills are good, but not great, makes a guess. Here, they probably guessed you were advocating an illegal activity.
If you want a serious answer, better ask yahoo themselves just what rule you broke.
Some nice person pushed the abuse button and Yahoo automatically pu;;s the question.
Yahoo doesn’t bother to investigate it just figures if one person complained that is good enough.
You can do the same. Try it on someone else’s question and watch it disapear within an hour
yahoo monitors are robots. They havent got a clue
I put a questions in the Jokes section it didn’t appear so I went back and submitted it again. I looked in my answer box and the 2 questions are there but do not appear in any catagories. My joke wasn’t that bad.
